Shipping policy

Shipping:

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to post your order. During peak times such as sale periods and holidays, handling time may be slightly longer. 

We ship Australia wide with a flat rate of $14.95 for standard post, and $19.95 for express. Our shipping rates take into account the average weight of our parcels and the rising costs of shipping couriers in Australia.

Express:

We recommend choosing express post if you require your items quickly. While Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery for express parcels, they are still given priority over standard mail.

Please note that our handling time for express parcels remains the same as for standard parcels. 

Pick Up:

Free pick up from our studio is available. We will contact you to arrange a time once your order has been placed. We aim to have your order ready within 48 hours. If selecting payment on pickup, you have the option on paying with cash or EFTPOS. If paying with cash, please bring the correct amount as we have minimal change on the premises.
