Can I use my welcome discount on sale items?

Our welcome and return discount codes are valid only on full priced individual items, and cannot be used on pre-made gift boxes & hampers or sets & bundles, as these are already discounted from their normal RRP.

They also cannot be used on gift packaging or flower arrangements..

Certain codes released throughout the year such as flash sales may apply to all products.

Do you deliver?

We offer local delivery within in the St George Area!

Delivery is free to the following postcodes: 2220, 2222, 2223

For other postcodes within the St George Area, a fee will be charged at checkout.

At times, it may be possible to deliver to locations further afield, however a delivery fee will be charged based on distance.

We are happy to leave your order at your door if requested. We will send you a photo of your order once delivered. Please note that Ivy & Belle takes no responsibility for stolen orders, or damage from weather.

What are your shipping and handling times?

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to post your order. During peak times such as sale periods and holidays, handling time may be slightly longer. 

We ship Australia wide with a flat rate of $14.95 for standard post, and $19.95 for express. Our shipping rates take into account the average weight of our parcels and the rising costs of shipping couriers in Australia, namely Australia Post.

Spend $150 or more and receive free standard shipping.

Do you offer express?

Yes. We recommend choosing express post if you require your items quickly. While Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery for express parcels, they are still given priority over standard mail.

Please note that our handling time for express parcels remains the same as standard parcels. 

Can I pick up my order?

Free pick up from our studio is available upon request. Please send us a message if you would like to pick up as we do not have this option turned on as a default. Pick up usually available during the afternoon on the following business day.

Can I return my items?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is an issue with an order you have received, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue.

If your item arrives damaged as a result of Australia Post, you must lodge an enquiry with them - please note, we as the seller cannot lodge an enquiry on your behalf, it must come from the recipient. We can however lodge a request in support of you.
