Can I use my welcome discount on sale items?

Our welcome and return discount codes are valid only on full priced individual items, and cannot be used on pre-made gift boxes & hampers or sets & bundles, as these are already discounted from their normal RRP.

They also cannot be used on gift packaging, flower arrangements, or our Floral Print Copper Wine Glasses by CLINQ Barware.

Certain codes released throughout the year such as flash sales may apply to all products. 

We offer local delivery within in the St George Area and surrounds!

Delivery is free to the following postcodes: 2220, 2222, 2223

Delivery to the following suburbs will incur a delivery fee, based on distance (this will be calculated at checkout):

2190, 2192, 2193, 2194, 2195, 2196, 2206, 2211, 2212, 2213, 2214, 2224, 2225, 2226, 2227, 2228, 2229, 2230, 2232, 2234, 2244, 2221, 2207, 2208, 2209, 2210,  2216, 2217, 2218, 2219

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to post your order. During peak times such as sale periods, handling time may be slightly longer. 

We ship Australia wide with a flat rate of $14.95 for standard post, and $19.95 for express. Our shipping rates take into account the rising costs of shipping couriers in Australia, namely Australia Post.

Spend $150 or more and receive free standard shipping.

We recommend choosing express post if you require your items quickly. While Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery for express parcels, they are still given priority over standard mail.

Please note that our handling time for express parcels remains the same as for standard parcels.

 

Can I return my items?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is an issue with an order you have received, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue.

If your item arrives damaged as a result of Australia Post, you must lodge an enquiry with them - please note, we as the seller cannot lodge an enquiry on your behalf, it must come from the recipient. We can however lodge a request in support of you.
