How To Use Eye Gels:

Peel the foil and apply masks to clean, dry skin above your cheekbones, as close to your under eye as is comfortable. Relax for 20-30 minutes while they work their magic! When finished, remove, discard and massage any remaining moisture into the skin. For best results we recommend using three times a week for the first week, and then once a week after that.

How To Use Lip Gels:

Lip masks are designed to help plump, hydrate and moisturise your lips. Apply to clean dry lips (for best results, exfoliate your lips before application) and leave for 20-30 minutes. When finished, discard and massage remaining moisture into lips and skin. For best results we recommend using three times a week for the first week, and then once a week after that.

 *If irritation occurs, remove gels and wash skin. Do not continue using. Do not use if you have an allergy to any of the ingredients listed below.*

Note: these gels cannot be flushed after using. Please dispose in the bin.

Can I use my welcome discount on sale items?

Our welcome and return discount codes are valid only on full priced individual items, and cannot be used on pre-made gift boxes & hampers or sets & bundles, as these are already discounted from their normal RRP.

They also cannot be used on gift packaging or flower arrangements..

Certain codes released throughout the year such as flash sales may apply to all products.

Do you deliver?

We are currently unable to offer delivery during our closing down period, however you can pick up for free from our Sydney studio. We will contact you to arrange a time once your order has been placed. We aim to have your order ready within 48 hours. If selecting payment on pickup, you have the option on paying with cash or EFTPOS. IF paying with cash, please bring the correct amount as we have minimal change on the premises.

What are your shipping and handling times?

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to post your order. During peak times such as sale periods and holidays, handling time may be slightly longer. 

We ship Australia wide with a flat rate of $14.95 for standard post, and $19.95 for express. Our shipping rates take into account the average weight of our parcels and the rising costs of shipping couriers in Australia, namely Australia Post.

Do you offer express?

Yes. We recommend choosing express post if you require your items quickly. While Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery for express parcels, they are still given priority over standard mail.

Please note that our handling time for express parcels remains the same as standard parcels. 

Can I return my items?

We do not accept returns on sale items, nor do we accept returns for change of mind. Please be mindful of this when checking out.

If your item arrives damaged as a result of Australia Post, you must lodge an enquiry with them - please note, we as the seller cannot lodge an enquiry on your behalf, it must come from the recipient. We can however lodge a request in support of you.
