Pregnancy Tea
This blended raspberry leaf tea is designed to promote calm, relaxation and sleep during the 3rd trimester. Strong in Vitamin B complex, calcium, iron and magnesium, this tea can be consumed from 32 weeks, and can be used to support Antenatal Expressing.
Contains Red Raspberry Leaf, which has traditionally been used to strengthen and tone the tissues of the uterus; Spearmint, which is excellent for the entire endocrine system, balances and calms; and Chamomile, calming, anti-inflammatory in the digestive system.
Mama Tea
Contains Chamomile - anti inflammatory and calming for both mum and baby; Orange Segments, to help digestion; Hibiscus, which contains essential Vitamin C, minerals and antioxidants to aid recovery; and Lavender, which is physically and emotionally calming.
Lactation Tea
Contains Goats Rue and Blessed Thistle, these both help with digestion, infections and milk flow; Rosehip, a calming tonic rich in vitamins & antioxidants; Vervain, a nervous system tonic that supports milk flow; Rose, to help anxiety and great for viral infections; Hibiscus, which contains essential Vitamin C, minerals and antioxidants to aid recovery; and Lemongrass to support milk flow and digestion.
